General

The person who signs the booking form is responsible for all payments in respect of the booking. Reservations will be confirmed upon payment of a 25% deposit. This should be sent to us within 7 days of the initial booking or your booking will be cancelled automatically. The balance is payable to us no later than ten weeks prior to the start of the rental. Should payment not reach us by this time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and you may be liable to pay cancellation charges. Full payment, including security deposit and pool heating is required for bookings made within ten weeks prior to rental commencement. Groups must be of the size specified on the booking form, with the maximum party size of 10 including children. Failure to comply with this will render the booking void. Your security deposit will also be forfeited if the villa is overbooked.

Check in times are after 4pm on the day of your arrival. On the day you leave you are kindly requested to vacate the villa by 10am at the latest to enable it to be cleaned for the next arrival. At the time of the final payment, a security deposit of £200 is also required. This is conditionally refundable within 30 days of your return to the UK. All or part of the security deposit may be retained by us to cover excess cleaning costs, replacement or repairs to the property or any of its contents, the pool the patio or its grounds, any long distance telephone calls etc. Sustained / made during your stay. If after you have confirmed your booking and your decide to change any details, we will do our best to make the request change provided we are informed at least eight weeks prior to rental commencement

Cancellation or changes made by us

Any cancellation must be in writing. If, for any reason you have to cancel your villa rental, please be aware that your deposit is non-refundable

Whenever possible any change will be advised without delay. Should circumstances beyond our control require the booking to be cancelled or amended we will wherever possible offer you an alternative property. Should this prove to be unacceptable, write to us straight away. Once your instructions have been received in writing, a full refund of all monies paid for rental will be made.

Liabilities

We cannot accept liability for death personal injury, sickness, accident, delay or loss of luggage or personal effects or any other loss or misadventure, which may occur whilst renting our villa. USE OF POOL AT THE VILLA IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND IS PARTICULARLY IMPORTANT THAT CHILDREN ARE SUPERVISED AND THE CHILD SAFETY NET IS UP AT ALL TIMES.

We cannot be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising in connection with your stay in the rental home caused by matters outside of any reasonable control including acts of God, war, civil disturbances, strikes or other industrial action, acts of Government or any event beyond our control.
