All rooms are fully air-conditioned, The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, in the master bedroom there is a large walk in closet to hang all your own clothes, also it is fully furnished with cable TV and a hairdryer is supplied for your personal use.
The other three rooms are furnished and all have a large walk in closet for your clothes. Two of the rooms have two single beds in each and one has a double bed.
The Lounge
The large unique lounge is light and very spacious with a patio door leading to pool area. The lounge is equipped with a large colour cable TV with DVD player. One of the two sofas opens into a large sofa bed. The attractive dining area with its large dining table is perfect for the family.
The Kitchen
The beautiful luxury kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, large microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker, coffee machine and toaster. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar. All cups, glasses, cutlery, crockery, utensils etc. are supplied.
For your convenience there is a fully equipped utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. You will also find a iron and ironing board, so there is no need to bring home your dirty washing. There is also bed linen, towels, and flannels provided for your personal use.
Outside
Our fantastic designer heated pool has an oversized screened decking area just right for you to soak up the all year round Florida sunshine. The Pool also has underwater lights for you late swimmers. Recliners, table and chairs allow you to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.
The house is fully air-conditioned, extremely comfortable, luxurious, furnished to a high standard, carpeted with ceramic tiles through the entrance, bathrooms and kitchen.
