The prices are for the holiday home rental, not per person. Rental is per week and includes all electricity, local outgoing calls and air-conditioning state tax and final cleaning. All prices are in pounds sterling. Security deposit of £200 is refundable on your return to the UK after damage inspection. This is a NO SMOKING accommodation; this keeps the villa odour free and also avoids trouble of sophisticated smoke detectors being triggered by cigarettes. Also there are no pets allowed.

Prices range from £350 to £495 per week, the optional pool heating is an additional to £80 per week.
